Shipping
We like to keep things simple. Shipping is
$5 for anything to anywhere in our shipping
area. Standard orders are processed once credit
card authorization and verification have been
obtained. Orders typically arrive in five to
seven business days (Monday through Friday, not
including holidays) Please allow additional
transit time for orders shipping to AK and HI.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier
for your order. The carriers we use are the U.S.
Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service
(UPS), DHL, and FedEx.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently we do not ship to International
addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. (That means no
delivery to Canada) We do not fill or ship any
orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
please email us at returns@aftonandelaine.com.
All returns need to be unused and contain their
original tags. Merchandise may be returned
within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a
credit to your credit card. Products sent back
after the 7 day limit will be eligible for
exchange only. Shipping will not be refunded.
You are responsible for any return shipping
costs.
All products are guaranteed against manufacturer
defects for 30 days and can be returned or
exchanged with a copy of your receipt,
conformation number verifying that you have
contacted us regarding the defect. We will
replace it promptly. After 30 days no returns or
exchanges.
Sales Tax
Federal law requires us to charge sales tax on
any order shipped to a state where we operate
any part of our business. Currently, we operate
warehouses in Arizona and Texas. Sales tax will
be added during the checkout process.
Texas: 8.25% Arizona: 7.8%
